4.2. For international deliveries of products, your order may be subject to customs duties and customs duties on importation of the country in which the order is delivered. In order to fulfill an order for the purchase of product (s) it is necessary to fill in exactly and comprehensively the requested information, to accept these GTC, to choose a payment method, to order the payment (if a card or bank transfer method is chosen) and to receive e-mail -confirmation from us that your order has been accepted for processing and execution. Before sending your order, you have the opportunity to review the contents of the basket with selected products for purchase and make changes in the type or number of products. With the "cancel" button, you can cancel the order, and with the "send" button you can send the order to us for execution. 5.3. Ordering product (s) through the e-shop means express consent to enter into a distance selling contract, which is regulated by the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

5.4. Each order sent by you is subject to explicit acceptance and approval for execution by us by sending an e-mail confirmation. The distance sales contract will be considered concluded from the moment of receipt of a confirmation e-mail notifying you that your order has been accepted for execution and is being processed for shipment.

5.5. We reserve the right to refuse the execution of a certain order due to various reasons, which may be the exhaustion of a product, difficulties in delivery to a certain region, unauthorized payment of the order and others.

6. Payments

6.1. Orders and / or payments are made at your choice, in one of the following ways:

a) By credit or debit card Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Maestro. When paying by card, our system automatically asks the issuer of your card for permission for this amount. If the issuer of your card does not authorize the payment, we are not responsible for late or non-execution of the order, nor for damages caused as a result of unauthorized access and illegal access to personal data and transactional information that you provide to us when ordering. b) By bank transfer to a bank account specified by us. The bank details for payment are contained in the e-mail you will receive after choosing this method of payment.

c) Cash on delivery (only for Bulgaria) at the time of receipt of the delivery of the products from your order.

6.2. The transaction fees for payments a) and b) are not included in the price of the products and are borne entirely by you.

7. Delivery

7.1. We accept orders for local and international deliveries. The products are delivered within 3-5 working days for Bulgaria, and for international orders from 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the destination. The delivery costs are automatically added to the final price of each order or are indicated in the e-mail confirmation sent by us for the accepted order. Transport costs are determined by the weight of the order and the method of delivery, according to the conditions of the courier companies engaged in delivery. By sending an order confirmation, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the indicated value of the transport costs.

7.2. Exceptionally, the delivery deadline may be extended for reasons beyond our control. Any delay in the execution of the order will be notified to us by e-mail or phone call from an operator.

7.3. If it is not possible to deliver within a reasonable time, you can choose between the following options: a) to cancel (in writing) the order / product, or b) to accept the proposed new delivery time. When choosing the first option, the amounts paid are refunded within 14 days from the date of cancellation.

7.4. In all cases of extraordinary circumstances in connection with the execution of an order, our representative will contact you to provide you with information about the most suitable delivery option for you.

8. Product return

8.1. You have the right, without paying a penalty and without stating a reason, after notifying us by e-mail to office@bulgarianroots.bg of your decision, to return one or all products from your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order under the following conditions:

(a) The products must be in their original packaging and free from traces of use, trade distortion or contamination.

b) The products must be accompanied by all original accompanying documents received with your order (receipt or invoice, instructions for use, certificate of authorship, warranty card, etc.)

c) The cost of returning the products is at your expense.

8.2..The right of return cannot be exercised in the following cases:

a) Not all conditions in art. 8.1 are present

b) The products are made to your order or according to parameters or specifications set by you.

8.3. We refund the value of returned products (excluding return costs) only by bank transfer to the account from which the payment was made to us or to a bank account specified by you within 14 working days of receipt of the returned products. 9. Complaints

Upon receipt of a product with defects or with a damaged commercial appearance, you have the right to replace or return the product. The products must be reviewed by you at the time of receipt. All defects or damages are established and certified with your signature at the time of receipt. Complaints for broken or damaged products that are not certified at the time of receipt are not accepted. Acceptance of a product upon delivery means that it has been inspected by you and accepted without objections to defects and its condition, and with your signature, you declare that the goods and products are accepted in the desired form. Insignificant differences in the color, size and appearance of the product compared to the product photo in the e-shop are not considered defects. The complaint for non-conformity of a product is also certified with a photo of the defective product, sent to e-mail office@bulgarianroots.bg. We undertake to replace the defective product with a new one, at our expense. In the event that we fail to replace a defective product, we undertake to notify you within a reasonable time and refund the amount paid by bank transfer, including the transport costs for its return. The refund is under the conditions of art.8.2.

10. Unauthorized use

10.1.
